The Liebster Award

Hello!

Are you ready for a super long post (in case you didn’t realize, you are supposed to say yes)?  Let’s begin.

First, I’d like to thank Catherin @ The Rebelling Muse for nominating me.  You guys should totally check out her blog and give it a follow.

When I was tagged, I had absolutely no idea what The Liebster Award was. So, in my time of need, I relied on Google and she pulled through for me.  Here is the link to a blog I looked at explaining the origin and meaning of the tag.

But enough with all this, we have a post to begin!

The Rules

- Link back to the person who tagged you
- Answer the eleven questions
- Tag eleven bloggers and let them know
- Ask your tagged bloggers eleven questions

What is your favorite type of weather?

Winter.  Snowflakes.  Cozy days.  Lovely trembles.
Spring.  Life.  Goodness.  Flowers.
Summer.  Heat on your back.  Staying up late.  Swimming.
Autumn.  Sunshine.  Crunchy leaves.  Cloudless skies.

I can’t choose.  Every type of weather brings new marvelous feelings.

What is your favorite music genre?

Either pop, classical or showtunes.  And don’t say showtunes aren’t real music.  They are, I’m telling you.  ;P

Hard candy or gummy candy?

Ice cream (I just don’t like candy all that much).

What is your favorite color?

Pink, light blue, white and grey.  But pink most of all.

Tolkein or C.S. Lewis?

To be quite honest, I haven’t read any of Tolkein’s books.  I know, shocker, right?  So, I’d have to say C. S. Lewis.  I love his books so much.

What is your favorite period drama film?

Does ‘I haven’t really seen any’ answer your question?

Do you have a carefree or work-filled summer ahead?

Technically carefree.  Just busy.  Very busy.  First, we’re finishing up Peter Pan & Wendy, then we have the summer show.  I’ll also be going out of town for a little while.  So, it’ll mostly be enjoyable activities.

If you could choose any country to go, where would it be?

Just one?  Okay, fine.  The U.K…  I think.  Maybe France?  Or Australia.  There’s also Panama.  I’ve done a lot of research about the Panama Canal.  I want to travel all around the world (or at least the U.S.) someday, so this is a hard question.

Would you rather go by horse-drawn wagon, boat, train or plane?

Oooh!  So many options!  I’ve traveled by train little bit and plane quite a bit.  I think I would get seasick and a horse-drawn wagon would be way too slow for me. I’ll say train.  My ears often hurt when I’m in a plane which is why I wouldn’t choose it.

What is your favorite sea animal?

Maybe a jellyfish.  They kind of gross me out sometimes, though.  And I don’t particularly like fish (except for the ones on Finding Nemo), in which case pretty much everything is ruled out.  I guess sea turtles.

What do you pull out of the fridge when you're feeling down (comfort food)?

I usually grab chocolate chips.  We seem to have a constant supply of them.  If there’s popsicles – particularly lime – I’ll eat those.  And we have ice cream daily at our house, so I guess you could say that’s a comfort food.

I nominate…

And anyone who likes tags!  Just because I didn’t tag you doesn’t mean you should be left out of the fun.

My Questions

1.  Why do you blog?
2.  What makes you feel on top of the world?
3.  How do you cheer yourself up after a bad day or disappointment?
4.  If you could live in any book for a week, which book would it be?
5.  If you could play any character in any movie, TV series, book etc. who would it be?
6.  What is your favorite place you’ve ever visited or lived?
7.  If money wasn’t an object, where do you want to be in five years?
8.  Are you a girly girl or would you consider yourself more of a tomboy?
9.  What is your first memory?
10.  How do you tell people you love them?
11.  What do you want others to see in you?

And thus, I end this terribly long post.

Love,
Pip

    I LOVE your answers Pip!

And yes, SHOWTUNES ARE TOTALLY LEGITIMATE MUSIC!!!!
Ask my BFF if you don't believe me.

Btw, your answer to the period drama question is TOTALLY legitimate. I know a lot of the blogs I follow are period drama lovers so I was curious about what answers I would get.

    1. I would probably agree with you, but as it stands, the only thing by Tolkien I've read is a poem.

You are more than welcome! I'm looking forward to your answers:)
