Pip and Lolly

A few Saturdays ago my friend, Willow, Princess Polliwog and I attended an event at our library. It was called Cupcake Wars.  Each person had to simple decorate a cupcake any way they liked and then three people who worked at the library judged all the cupcakes.  It was really fun!  Here is a picture of us all with our cupcakes.  Princess Polliwog's cupcake.  It's a beautiful snowflake! Hi Everyone!  I'm sorry we haven't posted anything in so long!  I need to try to be better about that.   Recently Princess Polliwog and I had a spa day.  It was loads of fun!  We did our toe nails, put on crazy makeup and used an avocado face mask all while we sipped some delicious smoothies.  Here are a couple pictures. Don't we look lovely with avocado smeared all over our faces? :P Our crazy makeup!  Haha! It's so fun to be pampered sometimes.  Why don't you have a spa day with your little sister, friend or Mom?  It can be as simple or elaborate as you like.  Have fun! Love,  Pip

Hi, Pip here!  Welcome to My Day!   Today I'm going to show you what an average day in my life looks like. 8:00 am  Here I am asleep (our mom took this picture).  The quilt that is on my bed, I made a few years ago and I still love it!  I love being homeschooled for so many reasons.  One is that I get to sleep later every morning!  9:00 am Doing my bible study.  I am currently reading in Leviticus.  It's really interesting to learn all about how the Passover started.  10:00 am  Making my bed.  We have matching comforters.  I love them so much because they match almost everything else in our room as well.  11:00 am  Arithmetic.  I am doing Teaching Textbooks 7.  It is my favorite math program we have used and I really like the illustrations on the word problems.  12:00 pm History!  Wars, battles, mummies and more!  My favorite ...

Laughing makes you feel better no matter what. I love to laugh, you love to laugh, everybody loves laughing!   Just look what our Father in heaven says about joy and laughter! Dear Readers,  American Girl was holding a contest from this past November to January. It was all about creating a place for girls, somewhere that is for  girls by  girls.  Pretty much anything that would make the world a better place. All you had to do was write a paragraph about your place in the world and draw a picture or make a sculpture, etc.   American Girl was going to choose 3 grand prize winners and 30 first prize winners.  I thought that it would be fun to enter, even though I was pretty sure I wouldn't get a prize.  Anyway, I decided I wanted to enter so I did some brain storming and came up with a pretty good idea.
